These expressions are drawn out through vibration; a depth allowing access to what had been held beneath the surface allowing it to began to move.

 

Now more aliveness exists. Through this work, a gift to self.
 

Allowing more play. More freedom.

Every offering deepens this work; a continual unraveling of the expectations carried and absorbed.

Expanding eternally as a composer, sound practitioner, and teacher.

 

Listening, learning, and refining how sound meets the body, the mind, and the unseen layers of experience.​

This work meets what has been and what is arising from within, creating the conditions for all to be fully felt and accepted.​​

​

Step out of judgment and into direct experience, meeting each moment as it is, nothing to fix, change, or turn away from.​​​

 

Holding space where people feel free to show up honestly, be met fully, and build together spaces of safety.
